SUPERMAN RETURNS Film Review - 15/7/06

This palid offering was so death-defyingly boring I was actually sat fidgeting in my seat for the first hour and a half and then just as though it looks like it might suddenly pick up it ditches into the sea with the Kryptonite. Dull Dull Dull - What little action is fairly insipid, the whole story drags S L O W L Y and goes absolutely nowhere. A fine cast with actors like Kevin Spacey and Frank Langella churn out a turgid mess for over 2 hours - Bryan Singer where did it all go wrong?? Nothing to recommend about this movie - So glad I hadn't shelled out £17 buying the DVD a few months down the line when it's released....AVOID.
